Who We Are

We are a web design and development studio based in Northeast Kansas but working globally. When you hire us, you primarily work with Jeremiah Tolbert, our founder, and a web designer & developer with over 15 years of experience. Depending on the scale of your project, Jeremiah may bring in proven freelancers specializing in fields such as copy writing, SEO, and graphic design.

Why Publishing and Author Sites?

Jeremiah is a writer himself, and Clockpunk Studios was born to build websites for his fellow science fiction authors. When we came onto the scene, there were a lot of ugly author websites out there. Authors, publishers, and editors have better things to do than build their own websites. We’ve made it our personal mission to make the world of publishing and small business websites a better looking, more user-friendly place.

Do you work with other industries?

Certainly! While we’ve specialized in the past in building WordPress-backed websites for authors and publishers, we’re ecstatic about working with other industries. We have our niche and we love it… but we’re not afraid to step outside of it. If your nonprofit or business mission aims to help the world, we’re especially interested.
